As the Licensee and Principal of Village Quay Rhodes and Wentworth Point, David Woods brings over 10 years experience in Property and Real Estate.

David believes that at the base of all transactions in the business, clients and customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. Whether buying your first investment, achieving the best market price when selling your home, or getting top rents for your property. These things are vitally important to David and he believes successful outcomes are best achieved on this basis. He enjoys connecting with people, building good relationships and having some fun.

With this in mind, David’s focus is to provide his customers and clients with the competitive edge when buying and selling homes, and getting the best performance from their investments.

Background and Experience

David is happily married to Louise and proud father to daughters April, Summer and Mali. David was born and raised in the NSW country town of Wagga Wagga. There he attended Charles Sturt University and moved to Sydney in 1991 to start a career in Banking and Finance. For 8 years David developed a career in futures on the trading floor of the Sydney Futures Exchange. Here he held executive positions trading and broking at JB Were and HSBC. Later, as a local member of the Exchange, he held commercial agreements with SBC Warburg and Deutsche Bank trading and broking their books in the All Ordinaries Index.

With the closure of the trading floor, David then moved in to property in 1999, joined LJ Hooker in 2000, then on to McGrath Estate Agents. As a specialist auction and licensed sales agent in the Inner West of Sydney, David dealt on a range of property types including investment units, family homes, development sites and waterfront homes and apartments.

In 2004 he joined the Billbergia Group of companies. In this time, David had key involvement in project marketing, leasing and sales of thousands of properties at Waterpoint Shepherds Bay, VQ Rhodes, Australia Towers and Wentworth Point Marinas. With this proud achievement over a number of years, David formed a partnership with Riezel Kinsella to form Village Quay, Rhodes and Wentworth Point.

Riezel Kinsella, as Managing Director of Village Quay Rhodes and Wentworth Point, brings years of experience and a passion for property, business and life itself.

Riezel possesses qualities of determination, ambition, and a desire to learn, share and prosper. A commitment to attending leading industry training and property forums, international markets and consulting with some of the top property development professionals in the country, is part of the larger scope of Riezel’s day to day business. Background and Experience

Riezel Kinsella; an immigrant from the Philippines, first arrived in Australia in 1988. She is married to John Kinsella, an Irish-Australian. She is a devoted mother to their three sons, who are all now in their teens and early twenties.

Her business experience started in her husband’s civil construction company Billbergia Group which was established in 1987. As a team, they were able to grow their construction business from an engineering and earthworks contractor, to one of the top professional engineering and project management companies in Australia. Their construction company serviced some of the top residential, commercial and local government projects in the country. From its humble beginnings in Sydney, it now operates in all Australian states and territories.

Riezel’s first exposure to real estate as a business was in 1993, when Billbergia Group ventured into property development. This company now has thousands of apartments under development in Sydney and Brisbane.

In 2001, she took a real estate course to formally launch her career in real estate as an independent sales consultant and acquired her real estate license in 2005. Soon after, she established a specialist new apartment sales company, Riezel Kinsella Realty Group. In 2007, she expanded her company’s portfolio of properties for sale to include emerging markets in Asia, such as the Philippines.

Riezel continues to improve her business expertise through taking various courses in real estate, business management, taxation, immigration, personal development and life coaching. She also keeps herself updated in technology by enrolling in computer courses. Moreover, personal growth & development seminars and trainings from world-renowned gurus such as Anthony Robbins, Brian Tracy and Bob Proctor helped in maintaining her business focus and direction.

Meanwhile, Riezel maintains to exemplify her devotion not only to her business, but to the community as well. She started RK Success Club, to educate first-home buyers and investors about the real estate industry and in personal development. Through the club, Riezel aims to inspire, motivate, educate and empower others to achieve wealth creation and financial freedom.

To add, although Riezel is already an active contributor to various charities, she aims to establish her own Foundation in the near future. It will focus on the youth. She aspires to help them prepare for their future through financial literacy, personal growth and development. At present, she and her husband were instrumental in building an orphanage in Cambodia, called “Hope for Cambodian Children”. She also started to sponsor 10 high school students in the Philippines this year for scholarship.

Overall, Riezel’s success as an entrepreneur, especially in the field of real estate can be attributed to her keen eye for detail, passion for real estate investment and continuous training to improve her skills. She is also known for her great service, professionalism and for her genuine concern to her client’s needs.

On top of these, she manages to be a devoted mother and a loving wife. Her achievements only prove that anything is possible, if you set your heart and mind to it.

* Graduated in high school 2011 at St. Dominic's College, Kingswood and completed his Certificate of Registration 2011 with REINSW. He worked in customer service for 4 years including 2 years at McDonald's. He plays soccer at a competitive level and loves photography. He is proficient in computers and can work with MS Word & Excel.
